I have used All Pest Solutions for over 20 years and I am always very pleased with their quarterly service. Their technicians are always on time, very polite, and respectful. They are very thorough in their assessment of the insect issues we are having and do a great job in the application of the pest control solutions. Our current technician is Daniel and he does a superb job. Thanks to All Pest Solutions, we don't have pests. I highly recommend them.

My technician, Will, is a godsend! He arrives on time, inspects and treats the inside and outside of my home, and gives me tips on how to maintain a pest-free space. On a recent visit, he even helped me assess a possible rodent issue. Their service doesn't stop there, I've called Kathy in customer service several times over the years and she's be just as helpful. It's so hard to find reliable and quality companies nowadays. I'm so thankful for my experience with All Pests. They've been a really trusted partner.
I have been a customer of All Pests Solutions in Nashville, TN since April 2011, and their service has always been exceptional. My most recent visit involved the annual inspection of our Sentricon Termite Elimination Stations. Along with maintaining the protection system, All Pests Solutions provides thorough professional inspections to ensure our home remains protected.
Today, Matthew from All Pests Solutions completed our inspection. He was extremely professional and took the time to verbally review the status of each station around the perimeter of our home. He treated me with respect and kindness throughout the visit. Matthew is a very courteous and knowledgeable young man, and we appreciate the care he provides when servicing our home.

While I can’t comment on the efficacy of their treatment (they just installed their control system), I am continually impressed by their affable professionalism, from the time you hear the first voice until you see their white truck disappear. Their pitch was no pressure & clearly explained. Their service team was present earlier than scheduled. Inspections & treatments were completed in a highly professional manner.

i don't typically do reviews but All Pest Solutions deserves all the best accolades that i can come up with. We have been customers for termites for at least three years. And, on a side note....no one thinks they will get termites but we did in our last house and had replace part of the back of our house...it was very expensive and a mess. get termite protection from All Pest. we recently had a mouse invasion. i am absolutely freaked out about rodents. i called All Pest and said....i am freaking out can you get out here ASAP. there is mouse dropping everywhere in this one room and we can't seem to catch them with our mouse traps. ok..i was freaked...but it's december/xmas time..which is a crazy time of year for us moms. anyway, i didn't call them back for a couple of days...well, their office coordinator called me back twice and the very next day to set up immediate service. (i don't check my phone very often so i wasn't aware until a few days later that they had called and left several messages) when we had All Pest out ....the termite trap inspector was so kind, polite, professional and we have a rescue dog who was abused by men so she barks non stop at strange men in the house or even knocking on our front door...never have i seen our rescue baby take to a man so quickly. if you are a dog lover you know, dogs understand people and get their energy immediately...i was in shock and told him this interaction tells me you a very very kind man. he was very humble and so sweet. on to the rodents.....and the rodent technician.....he was soooo professional., explained that our mice problem was a minor one and baited the room with these different kind of traps i have never heard of before. he frankly thought that the one mouse i didn't know we had gotten was probably the one culprit. he was again, so kind, thorough, professional and so patient with me and my myriad of questions. we own our own business, so i know, it's so hard to find and retain good employees as hard as we try to do so. this company is clearly owned and managed by an awesome person who cares about his people, hires well, retains them and clearly takes care of his customers. just an awesome experience. we will be All Pest customers for LIFE!
Brandon did a great inspection for termites & general issues I was concerned about and he covered all the things I needed to know about their monthly service. They are very knowledgeable, not pushy, and decent prices!

Will was very friendly and knowledgeable. It was his first visit - he was thorough and in/out in about 30 minutes. I do think the service fee is high but if the service keeps the critters away, I can live with that.

I’ve been using All Pest Solutions for over 5 years. They are far above and beyond any company I have used before. They provide excellent service and are always available on short notice and on time. They will come any time at no charge as part of their quarterly service until a problem is resolved. Great service at a great price.
Best in the business. We always have Chris coming for our quarterly treatment which is great from a familiar face perspective. Our two year old even knows who we mean.
